Scott Burris grew up in Colorado working in his family
motorcycle business, where he developed strong mechanical skills, work ethic, and hands-on experience that later transitioned into construction and building systems. After a career shift that included catastrophe adjusting and exposure to thousands of homes nationwide, he relocated to Florida and founded Pro 1 Home Inspection in 2014, completing thousands of inspections across the Florida Panhandle. Today, he is Pro 1 Home Inspection’s Certified Master Inspector, combining technical expertise and storm-related knowledge to educate clients and advance inspection and insurability practices.
